We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to track the number of people visiting our Good Feet Store. This person will be responsible for using a camera system to monitor foot traffic and entering accurate data into Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Use camera system to monitor and count the number of people entering and exiting the store
• Enter data into Salesforce on a daily basis to ensure accurate tracking
• Review and analyze customer traffic data in relation to sales data and identify trends and patterns to help optimize store performance.
• Collaborate with store management to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of foot traffic data to support research and decision-making
• Continuously monitoring the performance of the foot traffic counter system and making recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborating with other departments or agencies to provide video footage and information as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of the company's data
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
