Job Summary:

Urban Engineers is seeking qualified individuals in Philadelphia to join the Corporate Development Department as our Assistant video Editor/Videographer. This part-time temporary position will support the Urban Video Productions team in company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Producer to complete videos for publishing and delivery.
• Create and log project files.
• Create project proxies.
• Sync audio files.
• Super head the execution of original videos made from original UVP footage.
• Contribute to the pre-production shoots by pitching ideas and preparing equipment.
• Load and set up equipment and shoot secondary camera footage on shoots.
• Cute initial selects and create rough drafts for original produced videos.
• Work closely with communications and graphic designers to create on-brand content.
• Handle creation and exportation of additional versions for multiple platforms, including Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in film and video production.
• Ability to take direction, work independently and maintain focus on your goals.
• Experience in camera operating (HDSLRs), composition, cinematography, and photography.
• Strong understanding of production workflow.
• Must have separate highlight reels that reflect skills in either or both editing and camera/cinematography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Could suite programs.
• Open minded thinker and creative problem solver.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute great ideas to share and develop.
