Virtual Learning Manager (Remote) Job at Alliance for a Healthier Generation
- Collaborate with members of the Content team to develop and maintain a process for virtual instructor-led training development
- Serve as project manager for all virtual instructor-led training projects, and manage all internal VILT requests
- Manage the operations, design, and delivery of all live events offered by the Virtual Learning Team, including but not limited to; live virtual trainings, webinars, virtual conferences, and live panel events
- Plan, implement and manage quality product design review and assurance for live virtual learning and engagement content
- Maintain and manage various team forms and trackers, included but not limited to: VILT Request Form and training data trackers
- Leads data input for quarterly on-demand data entry process
- Maintains Healthier Generation’s virtual training library through the learning management system (LMS); including adding, updating, and removing training content as needed
- Processes contracts and invoices for contractors and 3rd party vendors
- Provide technical assistance and production support for all virtual instructor-led trainings including pre- and post-production of live events, on-demand trainings, and webinars hosted by Healthier Generation
- Provide technical assistance to customers and members through all aspects of the learning experience
- Connect members to high-quality, accessible, and inclusive trainings, resources and support to activate and enhance engagement
- Lead the design and delivery of quality live professional development and promotional events, using an array of technology solutions, skills in instructional design, adult learning best practices, JEDI principles, and training technologies
- Ensure training resources and assets are created and refreshed to meet high-quality organizational brand, JEDI, and accessibility standards
- Gather, track, analyze, and translate training and engagement data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving learning and engagement strategies

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least five years of experience working in schools, youth development, or public health environments
- At least five years of demonstrated experience of project, program, and/or grant management
- Experience providing online instruction and technical assistance via web-based meeting and conferencing platforms such as Zoom required
- Experience in working with instructional technology, distributed learning solutions, and administering learning management systems
- Experience in online delivery of content that engages learners, meets learning objectives, embraces teachable moments, utilize adult learning principles, and incorporates JEDI best practices
- Experience gathering, tracking, and analyzing data sets for strategic planning purposes
- Experience with virtual operations including organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization
- Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience working in a collaborative environment and interacting with internal/external stakeholders
- Customer relationship management software and marketing automation software experience preferred
- Required travel by car or plane up to 10% of the time

Each job at Healthier Generation is assigned to a salary grade built on market data. For an individual coming into Healthier Generation, we set pay generally between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary grade and based on qualifications. For this position, the minimum is $59,689 and the midpoint is $71,627.
