TriplePoint is seeking a virtual office manager to support administrative needs of our organization and day-to-day business. The individual will primarily work from home, while being based in the Las Vegas area to allow for occasional coworking with our local team. A quality broadband connection and home office setup is required (equipment provided, broadband/phone service subsidized). This is an hourly contractor position.

TriplePoint is a premier agency specializing in the video game industry. We provide public relations services including communications strategy, media relations, research, planning and more for some of the biggest brands in the world. Clients include Paradox, Pokémon, Blizzard, CCP (EVE), Gearbox, Quantic Dream and others. We’re a small business with a tight team that shares a passion for video games and marketing - preferred candidates will also share these interests.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in communication, organization, and time management, with a high attention to detail. You’ll work closely with our management team consisting of several directors and partners. The responsibilities will involve administrative tasks, research, project management, and more. You’ll be an important member of our team that keeps our business running efficiently and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Mail: Weekly pickup from our coworking location in Summerlin - you’ll be able to claim mileage for tax deductions. Sorting important mail from the junk, then scanning for key stakeholders to take action.
  • Events: Our staff members attend approximately 6-8 events per year, everything from industry conferences to client gatherings and our own agency meetups. Projects will include research into venues according to event objectives, as well as investigation of staff travel logistics, booking flights and lodging, etc.
  • Shipping: Managing client/vendor contact information in coordination with account managers to execute annual mailers such as gifts, media products, etc.
  • Talent: You’ll be introduced to recruiting software that we use to screen for quality candidates who apply for our various positions. This will also involve working with our management team to onboard new employees, coordinating welcome packages, distributing equipment, and facilitating exit interviews.
  • Client Support: Any time left available will be utilized to support account needs, which will largely be focused on research and analysis projects. An interest in the video games industry will be preferable in order to understand team challenges and culturally align on the day-to-day work.
