Summary
Renesas is seeking a leader to drive our global distribution network. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the global semiconductor market and associated distribution networks. Renesas is aggressively growing our mass market and distribution business and we are seeking a key leader that will lead us into our next phase of growing our mass market and distribution business.
Job Description
- Lead a worldwide team that manages our distribution partners around the world
- Set goals and metrics that lead to demand creation and revenue growth with our channel partners
- Shape and execute the vision for our global distribution network.
- Negotiate agreements and drive win win for both Rensas and our partners.
- Maintain executive level relationships at our key channel partners and clearly articulate Renesas’s vision to gain support and
- Bring the needs of the distribution and mass market to Renesas business unit leadership to drive products that support growth in the broad market.
- Provide well prepared forecasts for key distribution metrics such as POS, inventory turns and billings for executive management.
- Work closely with our sales and business unit teams to develop and execute plans that fuel our growth in the broad market.
- Collaborate with our digital marketing teams to define and execute campaigns that enhance Renesas's brand and products in the broad market.
- Be a part of the Renesas’s global leadership team for mass market and distribution.
Profile
- A recognized leader in value creation in semiconductor distribution.
- 10+ years experience in leading sales and/or distribution in semiconductors.
- A deep knowledge of forecasting, inventory analysis and driving key metrics for sales growth.
- A technical degree (preferably electrical or computer engineersing) and/or industry experience in semiconductors.
- Ability to work around the globe and support remote teams while being located at or near our headquarters facility in Silicon Valley, CA.
