Job Title: Warehouse Associate Reports to: Director of Manufacturing
Brief Description of Duties:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for coordinating and performing the daily warehousing activities. This position will ensure production, quality and customer service standards are met and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
Duties and Knowledge:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through meeting expectations in receiving, identifying dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities
- Manage relationships with appropriate vendors associated with warehouse responsibilities
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Interface with customers as needed
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience:
- High School Graduate/G.E.D
- Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in a warehouse
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
Skills:
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data with the ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
