Forklift Operator Warehouse Associate (Full-time)

Location: Ripley, West Virginia

Role: Full-Time (with comprehensive benefits package )

We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Associate at our Ripley, WV warehouse and distribution center.

• Stores materials/equipment
• Upholds environmental health and safety standards
• Works closely with internal customers Store Associates and Sales Managers)
• Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)
• Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product
• Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive work space

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational or similar experience
• Experience in the HVAC, industrial, commercial, parts supply, or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required
• Experience with forklift, clamp or squeeze lift, pallet jack or similar preferred
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
• Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers
• Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires
