Warehouse Associate - Night Crew Job at Gorsuch
We are seeking Warehouse Associates to join our Gorsuch family,
Salary is commensurate with experience starting at $22 per hour. The position receives, unpacks, marks, and distributes to all Gorsuch locations in our distribution center. It will also perform day-to-day tasks as needed to support the warehouse staff. Position reports to the Warehouse Manager. 4 to 8 hour shifts begin at 2pm and can go until 10pm. During peak season shifts may go longer based on business need. Ski during the day and work in the afternoon/evening!
Job Duties Include:
- Put price information on tickets, marking by hand or using ticket-printing machine.
- Check item size, style, color and inspection results on tags, tickets, and labels.
- Compare invoice to purchase orders to verify accuracy and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
- Record number and types of merchandise marked and pack merchandise in boxes.
- Maintain shop keeping standards as outlined by management.
- Adhere to all the health and safety procedures.
- Evening shifts from 2pm and on.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Required to read and write in English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
- Ability to move merchandise up and down stairs with proper equipment required.
- Organization and attention to detail required.
- Proficiency with general navigation of computers preferred.
- Ability to function as part of a team and be a positive team player.
