Position Summary:

The Cell Leader must ensure employees who work within their cell are adhering to Warehouse processes as they relate to safety, quality and productivity, yield, on-time shipment and must be knowledgeable with what metrics support the company goals and objectives. The Cell Leader must ensure all employees work together to meet/exceed their team goals. The Cell Leader must work with the Team Leader to obtain the necessary resources to support the job requirements.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Job requires indirect leadership skills. Job requires some planning and coordination skills
• Job requires skills to operate calculators, spreadsheets, word processing, and/or other computer applications
• Job requires the ability to operate equipment with various controls and adjustments
• Job requires the ability to read and interpret drawings, using simple math, use of measuring instruments (including but not limited to a tape measure, digital/dial caliper, etc.) and follow written job instructions

Job Requirements:

• One to three years of experience in Manufacturing
• Capable of working independently with limited supervision
• Some Judgment, discretion and independent decision making will be required
• Required to communicate with Team Leader and other employees frequently
• Required to communicate effectively through verbal and written forms
• Must maintain confidentiality of sensitiveinformation

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Requires the use of elbows, fingers, hands, lower arms, thumbs, wrists, legs, feet and upper torso (shoulders and neck)
• Operates a computer periodically throughout the day
• Routinely lifts 10lbs or more, frequently during the day
• Requires approximately 40% walking activity and approximately 60% of standing during the day
• Mental and emotional pressure is present in this job. Mental requirements include: making quick decisions, extended concentration, excessive distractions and performing multiple tasks
