Warehouse Driver (CA)
The Warehouse Driver will perform a variety of functions that may include delivering specialty chemical goods including HAZMAT, daily inspection of truck, loading and unloading goods from our Warehouse into our customers.
The Warehouse Driver will also be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

- Daily Truck inspection
- Ensures vehicle is maintained
. Responsible for fueling trucks when needed
. Ensures truck is kept clean/tidy
- Reviews shipment bill of ladings for accuracy
- Loads material for transport
. Verifying Product, Quantity and lots are accurate
. Making sure customers specific requirements are met
. Verifying all required documents are included with bill of lading
. Ensures load is wrapped / braced and safe for transport
- Completes a daily truck log and tracks mileage covered
- Provides excellent customers service at delivery location
. Obtains proof of delivery
. If needed, will assist with offloading of material
- Driver is responsible to make sure that all DOT and in-house regulations are followed
. Follows laws
. Makes sure truck weight conforms to state regulations
. Participates in regular driver license pull notices
. Participates in random drug screening
. Drive is responsible for ensuring his license and endorsements are in good standing
- Unloads inbound product
. Records description, lot and quantities
. Notes damage material
. Ensures product is put away for proper storage
- Fulfills Outbound Orders
. Verifying Product, Quantity and lots are accurate
. Makes sure customers specific requirements are met
. Verifies all required documents are included with bill of lading
- Assists customers and drivers with order pickup
. Ensures material is loaded & braced for transit
- Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and maintenance
-Forklifts, warehouse inspection etc.
- Ensures floors are swept and free of debris
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Class A Drivers License
- ERP System / WMS experience is a plus.
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License Preferred.
- Class C Commercial Driver’s License can be considered.
- HAZ MAT Endorsed preferred.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses forklifts and pallet jacks to move material. Use of PPE such as safety shoes and others is required.

Target Pay:
$27.00/hr + bonus + benefits
The wage range for this role takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; education; experience and training; certifications and licensure; and other business and organizational needs. The provided range has not been adjusted for geographic cost of labor differences associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
