What You'll Be Doing:

• Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products
• Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible
• Install window and door replacements
• Inventory service stock area of warehouse
• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
• Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations
• Complete and submit required paperwork
• Portray a professional image and provide a high level of customer satisfaction

What You'll Need:

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 5 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines
• Must have some basic tools

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
