Warehouse Manager Job Description: New Jersey:
Shift start at 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday – Sat and Sun as needed
Total staff # between 20 to 30 Office and Operations staff;
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Update and take the instructions from the head-office in Dubai, UAE.
- Follow up with the customers regarding their inventories, non-arrival titles, load-plans…etc.
- White cloves service to the customers including commercials
- Overseeing the office staff as well as the loaders teams.
- Responsible for organizing the workers’ jobs, in case one of them was absent in order to run the work smoothly.
- Responsible for coordinating the daily work and watching the workers’ mistakes, discovering them, and solving them.
- Hiring new staff.
- Deal with the staff issues
- Overseeing the customs documents and titles validations.
- Overseeing the machineries maintenance and replacement.
- Dealing with the loading materials suppliers. (wood, chains, ropes…etc)
- Dealing with the trucking companies.
- Extra duties As per job required.

Salary: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

- Jersey City, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
