We are currently hiring for full-time Warehouse Production Operators who are interested in starting IMMEDIATELY at our large warehouse & manufacturing location in Campbellsville, KY!

The facility is air conditioned creating a comfortable work environment all day long!

✅Pay & Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 4am-3:30pm - $14/hour (Up to $1,100/week)!
• 2nd Shift: 4pm-3:30am - $16/hour (Up to $1,260/week)!
• Plenty of overtime opportunities available!

✅Bonuses:

• $500 Signing Bonus (Pays $50/week over 10 weeks if working full time)

✅Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, environmental rules and ISO/IATF requirements.
• Ensure personal and associate awareness and understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO/IATF (includes ISO 9001) standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
• Keep work areas clean (5S) and organized.
• Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Reading/understanding instructions and assembling products, sub assembly and/or dandori.
• Following the targets and deadlines for assembling process.
• Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to problem solve and communicate with Team Leader.
• Identify Non-conforming material/process and proper handling of NCM parts.
• Ability to work in and promote a team-based environment.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Management.

Assembly Team Member is responsible for using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test side view mirrors.

✅Qualifications & Skills:

• 3 months Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to follow direction, standardized work, and work instructions.
• Must be able to visualize similar colors.
• Able to solve basic mathematical problems.
• Must have good work ethic and be dependable.
• Must be able to work as a team or individualized.
