Culmen International, LLC is seeking a full-time adaptive Warehouse Specialist who will work on a dynamic logistics contract in support of a Department of Defense, United States Navy customer. The overall scope is centralized material management services to include support of logistics and asset management practices including Packing, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) in support of all projects, at different project phases, and customers. The successful candidate must possess the skills listed below and be able to apply their experience and knowledge to successfully complete end-to-end logistics.

The successful candidate will be an independent thinker, detail oriented, and an effective time manager. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner, and work well in a dynamic team environment.

Job Type and Location: Full Time, must be located within 50 miles of Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) St. Inigoes, Maryland.

Must have an active USG secret clearance.

***This work is contingent upon award to Culmen International.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Apply recent and best practices related to supply chain management and warehouse storage and operations.
• Operate: Scan equipment to locate, pick, bin and cycle equipment, consumables and materials.
• Operate equipment to position or re-position equipment, consumables and materials
• Safety: Handle equipment, consumables and materials in a safe and secure manner and observe material handling safety practices.
• Accuracy: Locate and return-to-stock, received goods and transferred product into appropriate areas.
• Monitor: Track daily progress and immediately report discrepancies, errors or potential roadblocks to supervisor.
• Perform other general labor, as required.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of relevant work experience directly in a warehouse.
• Experience with kitting and packaging and best practices related to storage to maximize space
• Recent experience on a U.S. federal logistics contract
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
