Position Summary: Responsible for supervising the building, staging and loading of outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
- Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
- Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
- Plan staffing assignments, equipment and necessary space to complete the loading process.
- Assist and maintain orders and product scheduled to load in an efficient manner.
- Oversee equipment staging and movement to ensure loading proceeds timely.
- Secure company assets.
- Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
- Shift – 2nd Shift.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.
- Requires experience managing people/budgets.
- 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff preferred.
- Computer and database application skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and voice picking equipment preferred.
- Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product.
- Truck/Trailer backing experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is required within 60 days of employment.

Work Environment: Warehouse work environment. Temperature can be very hot and humid during the warmer months. May work extended days and hours to complete loading.

- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, reaching, sitting, kneeling, and squatting
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
- Ability to push/pull <55 lbs.
- Ability to lift/carry <55 lbs.

Job Status: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt
Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/yr
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm- 10:30 pm or completion; extended days and hours as needed
