Job Summary:
Supervise warehouse personnel and monitor all functions of the warehouse. Responsible for day-to-day receipts and shipments of inventory and equipment. Responsible for conducting reviews on direct report employees.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must meet job-related requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, schedules and performance
- Adheres to all policies and procedures
- Maintain communication with department managers and staff
- Assign and Direct warehouse staff
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Assists in all areas of the warehouse as needed
Requirements:
- Possess strong general knowledge of warehouse operations
- Supervisory experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
