We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! The Warehouse Supervisor will operate and supervise the assigned facility’s commissary management program, per the facility contract specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Live by the “Golden Rule” and work with other associates to build a strong team atmosphere
• Supervise and direct inmate labor (where applicable)
• Accurately report financial results per Company protocol
• Accurately maintain proper inventory levels
• Source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, commissary partners and the location Food Service Director, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations
• Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives
• Demonstrate an understanding of Company Vision, Mission and Goals

Experience:

• Inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, based on the business needs of your location
• Authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of 30 to 50 lbs.
