Pay:
- $18-$22 an hour

Responsibilities:
- To direct all duties in a designated shift being performed by employees; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees
- Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor in distributing workload to employees
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action
- Train new employees
- Perform loading, unloading, stacking, cleaning duties as needed
- Restart, fix or correct any system or production stoppage
- Enforce safety standards
- Set the standard for production and quality
- Identify better ways to do the job
- Perform required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a warehouse leadership role
- Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol with proven supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel of all levels within the organization
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Proven superior customer service and problem solving skills
- Knowledge and ability to operate inventory control and related computer software
- Personable, enthusiastic, ambitious, team-oriented, and able to lead by example
- Ability to adjust and refocus in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
- Ability to make good decisions in a timely manner based on analysis, experience, and judgment
- Minimum of three to five years of experience operating a clamp forklift
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable, punctual, and honest
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Shifts:
- 1st shift - 7am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri with some Saturday work
- 2nd shift - 4pm - 12am Mon - Fri with some Saturday work
