Warranty Administrator
This position will contribute to the success of the company by developing and maintaining professional relationships and providing quality customer service. This position reviews, codes, and processes warranty authorizations and submits warranty claims with multiple manufacturers. This position is responsible for communicating with Technicians regarding the work orders and job specifics and obtain needed warranty authorizations prior to the Technician beginning the work.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, attention to details, strong computer skills and organizational skills. Position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Previous RV or automotive industry experience a plus.
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
