We are looking for an experienced Warranty Manager to join our team and help manage our warranty procedures. This position requires extensive knowledge of all aspects of product life cycles, extensive background in consumer protection law, and an extensive knowledge of consumer electronics. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background who is able to research warranty law and consumer protection protocols, write literature and policy documents, implement product warrantee systems and communicate regularly with our engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the defects and after sale services of products.
- Designing the system of product warranty and after-sale services.
- Determining product quality and prices of guaranteed spare parts.
- Handling after-sale service issues.
- Designing product warranty program and ensuring its smooth operation.
- Dealing with problems like product quality and price of spare parts caused by companies.
- Communicating with suppliers and sales department.
