ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER - SWANVILLE, MN - WEEKLY SALARY FULL-TIME

Work week: Mon-Fri & nights/weekends as needed
Job Responsibilities
- Providing daily care for turkeys.
- Following animal care and bio-security guidelines
- Operating various types of equipment.
- Basic barn maintenance
- Assist with night and weekend checks
- Assist farm manager as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must meet all bio security guidelines, must not own, care for or handle pet birds, wild or domestic poultry or hogs.
- Must be detail orientated & have well developed written/ verbal communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in various environmental conditions including dust, heat, cold.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, nights and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous poultry experience.
- Previous management experience.
