Web Marketing Manager Job at Waterford.org

We are looking for a Web Marketing Manager who can serve as the expert voice in the room on website lead generation methodologies while incorporating a culturally and socially inclusive approach. In this role you will work closely with multiple departments across the organization to strategize and build a website that supports Waterford.orgs mission and represents our organizational values.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strategy for Waterford.orgs website, landing pages, and email marketing
- Build, maintain, and refresh web pages
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure website is using appropriate security measures
- Identify areas for improvement and measure the outcomes of improvement efforts
- Continually optimize the website as a lead generation channel
- Respond to and troubleshoot issues with the website
- Perform ongoing competitive and industry analysis to keep up to date on trends in digital and website marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with nearly all Waterford departments to ensure the website aligns with the brand strategy and meets the organizations missions.
- Continuously champion, promote, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusive excellence
- Collaborate on and contribute to organizational DEI efforts and goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, in marketing, education, or related subject area
- 2+ years of proven experience as a website manager
- Highly proficient in common web services and systems including HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Familiar with HTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, MySQL and JavaScript
- Experience in the education, EdTech, nonprofit, and/or philanthropy field, with a focus on working with diverse populations and members of historically marginalized groups
- Understanding of website marketing and lead generation best practices
- Eagerness to stay on top of the latest marketing trends and learn new tools
- Outstanding collaboration, organization, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Creative individual with a passion for nonprofit work
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with an organization experiencing rapid growth

Waterford.org team members are located across the United States and primarily work from home. We anticipate this position will pay a salary of $90,000+ annually depending on the education, experience and skill level of the individual we hire. We offer a phenomenal benefits package that includes fully paid primary premiums for health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, and disability insurance. New hires receive a one-time HSA contribution. Retirement contributions are matched up to 5% by the organization. Plus, a generous vacation, sick, and holiday offering. Currently, Waterford requires all new hires to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or file a religious or medical exemption (as applicable by federal, state, and local law).
