Our client in the Digital Marketing industry is searching for a Website Designer. This is a direct hire opportunity with the client site located in Fayetteville, TN. This is a hybrid work environment with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office. The first 2-3 weeks will be fully in office for training purposes.
Overview:
The creative services team members work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at a time. The team relies on candid feedback from other team members to improve and assist in design. You will spend 90% of your time on website and email design projects. This includes designing sites on a variety of platforms. Every day you will be challenged to solve visual problems while maintaining a positive and resilient attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop online marketing materials such as web pages, banners, emails, and other web graphics
- Occasionally work with print and other media design
- Extensive testing throughout browsers and email client software
- Publish files through marketing automation system (mailchimp, hubspot, constant contact) or deliver as needed to media publications, incorporating tracking links
- Coordinate artwork approvals across multiple teams
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality design work by tight deadlines
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and ability to accept direction from Senior members of the team
- Experience and skilled in Wordpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other web design tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current web technology and best practices
- Understanding and ability to produce print collateral as needed
- Organized and able to act independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail
- Adhere to corporate identity standards
- Strong eye for design and typography
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Experience with hardware and software issues
- Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
