Homes On-Call Supervisor you are responsible for providing both telephonic and on-site support and coordination for all Child
Serve Homes on the weekends. Responsibilities include on-site training, performance observations, communicating with families and other Child
Serve staff, providing direct care as needed, and problem solving any other issues that may arise throughout the weekend.

The starting pay for this position is $50,000/year and increases with education and experience.
This role is full-time and eligible for health benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403B retirement account. PTO is frontloaded upon hire and starts accruing immediately.

Friday - Sunday. You will be expected to be on-site a minimum of 24 hours throughout the weekend and be on-call from Friday at 4pm-Monday at 6am. There may be times throughout the week you are needed to work to fulfill required trainings.

What You'll Do:
- Ensures the facilities are kept clean and well maintained. Ensures that all necessary supplies, i.e. food, medical and cleaning supplies, are maintained and available to staff.
- Ensures the documentation and submission of weekend documentation requirements.
- Consults with therapists and Shift Supervisors to ensure adequate training is provided to run programs and procedures during weekend hours
- Works closely with the Department of Inspection and Appeals to ensure program compliance to Federal and State Regulations governing the functioning of ICF/ID homes and with DHS to ensure program compliance governing the functioning of SCL locations
- Assures change of shift procedures are followed. Observes staff on weekends and addresses performance issues by retraining and following up with Home and Shift Supervisors.
- Engages in positive, age appropriate interaction, activities and choices with all children/young adults. Actively involves the children/young adults in their life and activities, and encourages them to learn positive ways to interact with and be a part of the world around them. Builds positive relationships with all children/young adults, staff and other stakeholders based on dignity and respect. Displays empathy to the needs, wishes, concerns and challenges of others to create a nurturing environment.
- Ability to make decisions using good judgment and common sense.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to make independent decisions regarding safety situations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize projects.
What You'll Need
- Education: Minimum of BA/BS degree in a human service related area.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in ICF/DD field. Must meet QIDP qualifications. One year of supervisory experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Must be willing/able to become an approved driver for ChildServe.
- Must be willing/able to become a Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
