We are looking for exceptional Weekend LVN Supervisor for our outstanding Assisted Living community that specializes in Memory Care. This position is for 7 am – 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday, and on call, weekends only.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid LVN license in good standing with the State of Texas Board of Nursing
- The LVN that we choose must be able to demonstrate compassion, friendliness, and looking at being part of a team
Responsibilities include:
- Follow Physician Orders/communicate effectively with physician's and families
- Document and follow up/Staffing/scheduling and mentoring staff
- Pass Medications
