Welder/Fabricator Job at Selkirk Steel
We are looking for a Welder/Fabricator to join our team!
We are a small shop located in Hayden, Idaho that specializes in a variety of residential and commercial work. This position will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining welding equipment, fabricating and assembling metal through the use of welders, cutters and measuring tools, completing commercial and residential installation of custom iron and railings.
Job Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Experience reading blueprints and drawings
- Attention to detail
- 2 years shop experience
- A+ Welding Certification preferred
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds throughout the day
Full time, Monday-Friday. Wage is DOE. Potential to earn PTO after period of employment. No long distance or overnight travel. Overtime may be required on occasion.
Our company is growing and there is a potential to become the shop manager for the right candidate.
