Wellness Coordinator Job at The Joint Chiropractic
Full-time Wellness Coordinator (WC) position available for The Joint Chiropractic franchise of Allen Park and Dearborn Heights. A popular and growing national franchise 800 locations strong. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that is available to work Monday-Friday from 10 AM - 7 PM. Saturday 10 AM-4 PM. The office is closed for lunch from 2 PM-2:45 PM Monday-Friday. A full 5 days of work schedule is preferred, and some Saturdays will also be available. Another schedule option may be possible for the right candidate. This is primarily a customer service job with limited but specific responsibilities. An ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition and enjoys interactions with all current and prospective patients. The candidate is expected to be punctual, flexible, and a team player. Responsibilities predominantly include checking in new and existing patients for their treatment, managing office software, to include processing of paperwork and payments (training included), managing leads through a computer lead generation system, and working hand-in-hand with the doctor to provide a great patient experience to help grow the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with patients and prospective patients in person or by phone. This is, in part, a sales position, so some sales experience or willingness to learn is preferred. This is a very laid-back and friendly atmosphere where our patients enjoy their regular visits for treatment and to see staff. A competitive hourly salary is offered, with possibilities of advancement to take on larger and broader roles in time for the right candidate.
