West AR Operation Manager (Buena Park, CA) Job at Hiossen Inc.

Job Description
- Issue and mail out invoices on a daily basis
- Maintain AR Files and keep confidentiality
- Customer Registration & Modification
- Apply for the credit card, check, and wire payment(s) to proper accounts
- Deposit checks on a daily basis (willing to train)
- Investigate customer accounts for past due payments & contact account representatives and clients as needed
- Manage collection efforts with a high level of professionalism & persuasiveness as needed (internally and externally)
- Handle internal employee and customer questions/concerns via phone and/or e-mail
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account information and updates for each call and/or e-mail received
- *Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned

Required Skills
- More than 2 years of experience (preferred, but not required OR college degree (Preferred)
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills (verbal and written) REQUIRED
- Strong PC with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of ERP system (Preferred but not required; willing to train)
- The knack to keep calm and develop relationships in possibly difficult circumstances
- Ability to interact professionally with management and other internal departments with recommendations and concerns

Requirement

- Two weeks of job training at our HQ office in New Jersey is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
