Compensation: Cell Phones 4 Less District Managers earn up to $90,000.00 per year or more including base pay and commissions earned on area performance.
Cell Phones 4 Less, Crickets Largest Authorized Retailer in the Northeast, has an immediate opening for a District / Multi-Unit Manager in Syracuse New York.
As a District Manager for Cell Phones 4 Less, you will be responsible for improving the overall Gross Productivity of your assigned locations by at least 15% within your first 90 days. Successful candidates will have previous Wireless District Manager experience or multi-location management experience in the retail industry. We are looking for someone who is an expert in developing retail store managers and has a track record of increasing productivity month over month, quarter over quarter and year over year.

As a Wireless Retail District Manager for Cell Phones 4 Less, you will be:
- Visiting your assigned stores daily to ensure operational standards and productivity goals are being achieved.
- Working one on one with your Store Managers to ensure they develop as a leader and coach to their team of sales representatives.
- Managing the field associates’ concerns, customer service matters and ADT security alarm issues.
- Conducting weekly one on ones with team members, monthly turnaround plans and assignments for under performers, monthly meetings with management, daily sales conference calls with store managers and a daily huddle with your direct report.
- Achieving monthly goals and objectives.
- Fostering a positive store culture for employees and customers.
- Actively recruiting top talent employees to create a strong pipeline of candidates before positions become available in your district.
- Conducting spot checks of inventory, cash on hand, and overall store cleanliness.
- Promoting Cell Phones 4 Less through community and business to business outreach. You will be organizing and coordinating events with your team to bring to like the Cricket Brand into the communities we serve. You will be the Champion of Cricket and lead grassroots marketing efforts to build awareness for the Cricket brand and Cell Phones 4 Less retail stores.

To be considered for the role of Wireless Retail District Manager, candidate must have:
- 2+ years retail wireless sales experience or equivalent experience in a retail setting as a multi-unit or District manager.
- 3+ years in retail sales or equivalent.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation and open availability. District managers work 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
- Background Check and Drug Screen is required.
