Are you a Human Resources (HR) leader with a passion to serve? Are you focused on solutions and driven to connect with employees, leadership, and stakeholders? The Lane County HR Department is seeking an innovative and visionary manager to join the HR Leadership Team and lead the Workforce Wellness Solutions division.

The Workforce Wellness Solutions Manager will collaborate with the County's senior leadership to develop solutions, create and enhance benefits programs, and influence decisions that drive workforce wellness strategies. In this role you will manage a portfolio in excess of $50 million, lead a growing team of 8 dedicated and highly skilled benefits, wellness, safety and HRIS professionals, and provide exceptional customer service to County employees. You will develop a strategic benefits philosophy embedded with a lens of equity and inclusion that ensures internal consistency, external competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility.

Our ideal candidate will have professional certifications reflective of their vast knowledge and experience in public sector benefits and HRIS administration. They will have a proven track record of exceptional customer service and will be an inspirational leader. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly translate strategic vision and decision points into tangible outcomes and processes for employees that are compliant, clear, and user-friendly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Experience:

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience related to area assigned, including supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Oregon Driver’s License;
  • Professional licensure or certification related to the area assigned.

Pay: $82,804.80 - $121,721.60 per year
