Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, 40 hours a week position and requires weekend availability. This position is eligible for fully remote working within the United States, with an ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone. Hybrid working from our office in Bothell, WA is also available.

Position summary:

We are looking for an expert Reservations Sales Agent with a consistent track record of driving sales achievement in a consultative environment to support both brands! As an influential member of the sales team, you'll champion leads through the sales process and supporting guests until departure.

What you'll do:

  • Remain available in contact center queues to answer calls from new and existing customers
  • Work to actively resolve caller needs by using proven product knowledge and sales expertise to facilitate the purchase of packages
  • Build opportunities to support clients through upselling airfare, optional tours and insurance policies
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Assist clients with questions and/or changes to active reservations
  • Enter leads into personal sales funnel to cultivate towards conversion
  • Take appropriate steps to meet monthly sales goals; consistently achieve and/or exceed daily key performance indicators (lead entry rate, follow-up rate, e-mail pick up rate, daily call quota)
  • Document call notes and call reports in booking system

What we want from you:

  • Previous sales experience in travel industry preferred
  • Proven customer service, leadership skills, and communications skills required
  • Background in customer service and/or sales teams, preferably in a call center setting required
  • Experience with web-based computer systems required
  • Knowledge of airline reservation GDS systems desired (Amadeus preferred)
  • Proven understanding of Salesforce and MS Teams
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities while working swiftly to meet immediate project outputs
  • A customer-centric nature with the ability to interact with a variety of staff from all teams
