JOIN HILLCREST TODAY
Starting pay $21.00/hr plus $0.50 an hour differential for the overnight shift
Participate in our Career Ladder and earn an extra $.50/hr in as little as 6 months with two additional increases of $.75/hr if you continue advancing on the ladder
As a Full Time employee, Hillcrest will offer you:

NO EXPERIENCE? WE PROVIDE TRAINING TO PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR ROLE

• Learn about the mission and culture of our organization
• Listen to program leaders and staff as they share their experiences
• Hear from a student panel about their challenges and successes
• Get certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention
• Get certified in 1st Aid and CPR
• Spend a day doing a guided observation

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
