Childcare – Afterschool Youth Worker : the YMCA at Dallas ISD Elementary Schools

Hours: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM Monday-Friday

Starting Pay $13.00 to $16.00 per hour dependent on the position and experience. We are hiring for a dynamic Group Leaders/Site Directors for our Afterschool programs in Dallas ISD Elementary Schools. In this position, you will build relationships with school administration, parents, and students as you lead daily activities with children, keep kids safe, and contribute to a high-quality Afterschool program.

• Monday – Friday 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM for this part-time position
• Group Leaders must be 18 years of age with High School diploma
• Site Directors need to be 21+ years old with Associates Degree/Bachelors degree with 1+ year experience in a licensed Afterschool, Day Camp, Daycare
• Or 21 years old + 2 years of full-time experience in licensed Afterschool, Day Camp, Daycare with at least 70 credit hours of youth development or management'
