(Climate Control Building. Cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. )

Schedule:
(Train on 1st shift for 1 week then report to shift chosen)
1st shift Monday through Thursday 5am - 3pm or 6:55am - 4:55pm. Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
2nd shift Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am. Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
3rd shift Monday through Friday 7pm - 5am OR 9pm-7am. Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
Overtime may be required!
Pay:
1st shift pay $13.00/hr
2nd shift pay $14.00/hr
3rd shift $14.00/hr
What you'll do:
- Responsible for operation, setup and adjustment of production equipment as required
- Utilizes additional hand and power tools
- Use of gages, calipers, and other checking and inspection tools
- Monitors equipment, notifying supervision or setups in cases of machine or tooling malfunctions that cannot be corrected
- Inspects parts to assure conformance to specifications
- Services equipment as required (e.g. adds grease, lubricant, and coolant when necessary)
- Responsible for meeting established production standards
- Observes safety rules at all times and immediately reports unsafe conditions to department supervision
- Assemble and package product to meet the customer’s satisfaction
- Conform to all safety and quality requirements and procedures.
- Understand and practice correct procedures.
- Follow the assembly schedule to ensure that shipments are on time and complete.
- Make all necessary repairs to the product.
- Keep work areas clean and organized by using good housekeeping practices
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity related to product, process, and the quality system
What we need from you:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must comply with client’s substance abuse policy
- Willing to be trained on-site
- Must Communicate effectively
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including repetitive motions for a 10-hour shift
