Rynoh is seeking a talented, motivated and results-driven B2B Account Executive with strong business acumen and a proven track record of success to contribute to the growth and innovation at Rynoh functioning in the title & escrow industry. Your role will be to seek new clients for Rynoh by identifying prospects and evaluating their position within the industry by cold calling, conducting product demonstrations, and closing business. This is a fast-paced sales cycle environment! The successful candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated proficiency in cold-calling, follow-up and closing deals.

About The Role

· Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and onboarding.

· Utilize our prospect lists to identify new client opportunities via cold outreach by phone, email and direct meetings.

· Build and maintain positive long-lasting relationships with clients.

· Conduct product demonstrations to qualified businesses via dynamic sales presentations.

· Travel (overnight) to local, regional, and national conferences and demonstrate ROI.

· Effectively utilize CRM (Salesforce) to follow through on leads, opportunities, and contacts.

· Work with leadership to improve processes and systems across the company.

Who You Are

· At least four (4) years of prior B2B sales and account management experience with a proven track record of success is required.

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred by can be substituted with relevant skills and experience.

· Self-motivated and persuasive with demonstrated ability to work independently and solve complex problems.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Advanced interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

· Banking and/or real estate title & settlement industry knowledge is preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other systems.

· Working knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.

· Ability to use Facebook, LinkedIn and Google to do research and development, and nurture marketing.

· Must live in, and be authorized to work in, the United States of America.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,500.00 - $69,300.00 per year
