Account Specialist Job at G&B Photography
Our organization is looking for an Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing customer service, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and account management, as well as a passion for helping customers succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and provide customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Work Closely with all departments to ensure teams are setup to succeed
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Maintain correct and accurate information in Salesforce, schedule photography events and setup the photography team to succeed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
