WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As part of our North America Sports Marketing, Sports Performance Operations team, the Account Specialist will oversee the day to day service of our NWSL portfolio, including product deliveries and maintenance of internal systems! The candidate needs to have a team first mentality and excel in organization, communication, time management, and problem solving.



WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Responsibilities include: knowledge of NIKE systems and product ordering, contractual maintenance, and daily communication with NWSL Equipment Managers. You will service NWSL future ordering of uniforms, training gear, gameday gear, sideline apparel and footwear. Day to day ordering, financial obligations as well as footwear for Nike contracted athletes. In short, you will serve as one of the key faces of service and first points of contact of Nike across the NWSL and support Nike Field Reps in service of our portfolio.



WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The NWSL Account Specialist will partner closely with Field Reps, Product Teammates, and Buyers to manage NWSL product needs. Overall, collaboration with Global Ops, the Sports Marketing dimension, and other cross functional parters is critical to success.


WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years’ navigating the Nike matrix to achieve high-‐level business results for an external partner, providing Nike’s service expectations, as well as Gameday system knowledge to facilitate the best service in the industry.
  • 2+ years’ successful experience in Sports Marketing building key relationships to drive Nike strategies. Demonstrated ability conceive/create new ideas about innovated sports marketing working relationships
  • 2+ years' account or project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel and MS Office experience, as well as experience with Mac Keynote presentations
  • Proficient in SAP and Excel
  • Understanding of Nike products, the product development process, and the sports and fitness industry
  • Ability to manage high profile communication and contractual obligations
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of partners including product engineers, finance, operations, field staff, and program administrators
  • Ability to juggle multiple time sensitive (both macro and micro) priorities and communicate bad news when necessary
  • True passion, understanding and interest in Soccer
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
