GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for local Manufacturing companies for experienced Accountants.
Requirements:
· 2+ years high volume AR & AP experience
· 2+ years QuickBooks Desktop experience
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft products
· Good communication by email, phone and in person
Recommended:
· Oregon Notary Public
Job Duties:
· Create New Customers, jobs and vendors in QuickBooks.
· Generate Schedule of Values from project estimate.
· Create Estimates in QuickBooks for large commercial contract projects to be used with Progress Billing.
· Monthly construction progress billings and lien waivers.
· Match shipping documents to vendor bills for accuracy. Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks.
· Period check runs.
· Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.
· Monthly Bank, Credit Card, and Loan account reconciliations
· Produce weekly AR & AP reports for owner.
· Produce monthly WIP report for bank. Enter JE for Over/Underbillings.
· Calculate quarterly Oregon Corporate Activity Tax.
· Create fillable pdf forms.

Salary: $43,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
