Accountant Job at Success Mortgage Partners
The Accounting Department at Success Mortgage Partners is looking for an individual to perform general ledger accounting tasks and accounts receivable and payable tasks.
The individual will:
· Possess an understanding of accounting principles
· Complete projects with minimal supervision
· Proactively identify and resolve inaccuracies in general ledger
· Be proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
· Pay close attention to detail
· Contribute to the accounting team effort
· Maintain discretion and keep all financial information confidential
Job duties will include:
· Evaluating large quantities of data
· Recognizing and resolving general ledger posting errors
· Posting standard and correcting journal entries
· Assisting with financial statement preparation
· Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
· Performing comparative analysis
· Analyzing current accounting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
· Preparing special reports as needed
· Assisting with Accounts Payable
· Performing daily Accounts Receivable tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
