Local HVAC contractor is Hiring an Accounting Assistant!
We are a small local HVAC service industry office looking for a customer-focused Accounting Assistant to join our team! Someone who works well independently, and within a team, while providing high attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Work Type: Full Time
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

What you will be doing:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Matching invoices
- Reconciling Vendor Accounts
- Billing
- Data entry
- Answering Phone
- Backup Dispatcher
- ServiceTitan; cloud based
- QuickBooks online
Qualifications / Skills:
- 3 + years of AP/AR experience
- QuickBooks experience; we us the online version
- CRM database experience; we use a cloud-based system ServiceTitan
- HVAC or similar industry office experience desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- 40+ WPM typing and data entry skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
- Team player
- Open to coaching and feedback
- Professional phone skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
