RideNow Powersports is looking for an Accounting Clerk with strong A/P, A/R and ledger experience. We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized individual to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- End of the day and Contracts in Transit/ bank postings. Distribute documents to financial institutions and to corporate.
- Enter A/R payments, A/P invoices, and process vendor checks
- Reviews timesheets/commission for payroll processing
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
Skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience Required
- Minimum three years A/P A/R experience in a full cycle, high volume environment
