We are open Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. Your 20-30 hours part time shift would be flexible during the time we are open. We understand if you're a parent who takes and picks up your kids from school. Come work for us during your down time in between!
If things are working out really well part time and you would like to take on other responsibilities within our office, we are open to full time employment with benefits. Our compensation is an hourly rate (determined upon experience).
Job Description:
- Managing accounts payable using our computer system that includes accounting
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
- Helping out office personnel with other tasks when needed or if someone is sick/on vacation
We're looking for these qualities:
- Able to learn a new accounting software program - we use Ideal.
- Basic data entry skills
- Comfortable with math and calculations
- Good listening and communication skills
- Attention to detail
