About the role
In this role, you will assume overall responsibility for the full plan and delivery of the Activities program, support the activities staff and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:
- Planning all aspects of the activities program offer for the school
- Contracting suppliers, agreeing on service levels and making all necessary bookings with them
- Promoting activities and excursions.
- Ordering, Monitoring, and maintaining the stock levels
- Planning and organizing large-scale events
- Overall responsibility in overseeing all activity paperwork and admin is 100% completed for all students/groups
- Delivering regular staff meetings
- Scheduling, Master activities schedule, wow events, theme weeks
- Creating staff rotations
- Leader observations
- Welfare and discipline.
- Dealing with problems and emergency situations should they arise.
- Hiring Activity Leaders
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, organized, and a natural leader.
- Attention to detail and capability of managing a large team
- Capable of using your own initiative.
- Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
- Complete fluency in English.
- Attend training before your contract commencing.
