Adjuncts are expected also to facilitate cross-discipline group conversations to deepen participants’ understanding of equity and inclusion in support of the Institute’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion curriculum.
To be considered for the position, applicants should have a minimum of eight years of teaching experience, an advanced degree, and be able to dedicate themselves fully to the program dates.
- Exhibits a positive way of being, as a teacher, leader, and community member
- Stays informed through own practice and professional learning regarding most effective practices in education
- Demonstrates commitment to equity and inclusion learning and/or work in a school setting
- Demonstrates ability to foster sustained collaboration and professional growth within a team
- Is currently teaching in an independent school.
Salary Range:
$3,000-$6,000
