Job Summary
interPres Commercial Realty is currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our Los Angeles, CA office, based in the San Gabriel Valley. The successful candidate will provide administrative, accounting, clerical, research, and marketing support to management and to our professionals. Additional duties may include transaction coordination, due diligence support, project and listing tracking, and property management.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Document preparation: letters, offers, agreements, reports, etc.
- Market Research: Collect, verify and analyze market data
- Accounting: Process invoices, maintain AP/AR
- CRM System: Input and maintain company database
- Transaction Compliance: Audit/confirm required documentation
- Marketing: Assist in preparation/delivery of marketing materials to all platforms
- Other Duties: Maintain office supply inventory, manage calendars, handle incoming phone calls, order signs, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Strong written and typing skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity, strong work ethic, goal oriented, and professional presence
