Office Administrative Assistant Needed

Leonard Management/McDonald’s owns and operates 36 McDonald’s locations across 4 states and is currently seeking an Office Admin Assistance to work in our Corporate Office in Elkhorn, NE. Leonard Management is seeking an individual with strong time management and organizational skills. This individual will have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently on projects.

This role would support both the CFO and the Executive Director of Human Resources, reporting directly to the CFO. The primary needs for this role include general office and administrative duties such as: Scheduling, Filing, Answering Phones, distributing mail, basic data entry, scanning, email, printing, faxing, etc.

Below is a more detailed breakdown but is not a fully comprehensive list:

  • Performs a range of basic office support activities for a unit/department, such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting, and directing visitors, answering questions, and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned
  • Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material department staff/faculty
  • Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; may operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials; types and mails form letters
  • Copies and/or duplicates materials as requested; may oversee day-to-day operation of copy machine; may prepare and transmit facsimiles
  • May perform specialized services of a routine clerical/administrative nature such as:

o Sending out BOG cards; Forwarding customer inquiries and concerns to stores; Respond to customer inquires

o Forwards and uploads invoices on a daily basis, reviews monthly statements, requests invoices, works with vendors to update billing information as necessary

o Processing lunch orders, coordinating birthday and other events

o Assisting in and setting up training sites, conferences, other business gatherings

o Coordinating building and office maintenance needs: Paper towels, toiletries, light bulbs, cleaning, etc.

  • Order, stock, and distribute office supplies
  • Run various routine errands, as required
  • Assist with other needs, assist Owner/Operators as needed
