Patterson Landscape is hiring for an administrative position! Pay will be based on experience.
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, highly organized individual to help with basic administrative duties. Must have the ability to multitask, follow directions well, be highly organized, be detail oriented, have a great attitude, and work well with others.
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. Quickbooks experience is a plus. Must be able to work from 7:30 AM- 5:30 PM Monday- Friday. Bilingual is a plus.
Must be able to do different tasks daily, if you want the same routine every day, this job is not for you.
Responsibilities include basic office duties such as filing, data entry, miscellaneous projects, speaking with customers on the phone, invoicing, dispatching technicians to job sites, and keeping all paperwork and files organized. Our office is a small office and is non-smoking.
