Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead and manage a team of administrative assistants and foster individual and team growth
- Manage annual and semi-annual performance reviews for assigned administrative assistants
- Provide day-to-day support for assigned partners and their respective teams
- Provide leadership and support for tax related administrative functions
- Responsible for the selection, interviewing, and hiring of new administrative assistants
- Create and oversee customized onboarding and training action plans for new administrative assistants
- Work with the Office Manager to identify areas for process improvements and opportunities to gain better efficiency
- Assisting with office meetings, staff functions, meal planning, and busy season events
The qualifications.
- 5+ years of administrative, office management, or related experience preferred
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate’s degree is preferred.
- This is an exempt position that may require some Saturday work hours during tax season (January thru April) and overtime from time to time during the remainder of the year
- Qualified individuals must either reside in or near Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity
- This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel
