Description: As a key member of our firm and Administrative team, the Administrative Professional position will assume an important role in providing a variety of services to our clients as well as supporting our internal professionals. This is a great opportunity for individuals who understand the importance of attention to detail, timeliness, customer service, and how it affects all aspects of the business.
Status:
Full-time, Normal business hours 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.

Requirements:
- Four years of administrative support experience in an office setting preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
Job Duties:
- Tax return processing and assembly
- Tax organizers
- Financial statement processing
- Processing of engagement letters
- New client setup
- Sort and verify quarterly reminder letters
- Use of various software’s to send client information
- Receptionist and scanning back-up
- Other duties as assigned
