Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities/skills

Our company is seeking an Administrative staff some one who takes pride in their work.Answers and direct incoming calls.Manage incoming faxes.Updating patient files.Administrative support.Back office duties.

one year of experience in administrative work in home health care setting or combination of education and experience is required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel, Outlook) Previous Data entry .Must be detail oriented.Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.Willingness to learn.Previous hospice work experience a bonus.Welcoming personality. Excellent customer service skills Reliable.flexible .Team player, Aids the Director/Management preserving the confidential nature of items of which he/she has knowledge.

Maintains the files, supplies general office condition in an orderly manner. Maintains current personnel files & can participate in quality assurance program ,can work as a partof team as well as independantly when required ,can multi task & perform occasionally under pressure. understands hospice mission & philosophy .

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
